Good Day Sailors,
The Van Isle 360 is well underway and as I write this the fleet is sailing slowly northward from Port Hardy to eventually arrive at Winter Harbour. It’s a bit of a slow go right now and at this rate the bulk of the fleet will be arriving through the evening and into tomorrow. A far cry from yesterday’s blast to Port Hardy from Telegraph Cove in 30 plus knots!
CBSC members James Volkers and Tom Gornall are sailing on Serenite (Beneteau Oceanis 46) – best of luck and to the 2 crew members who have lot’s of experience with this race!
It should be a wild ride down the west coast of the Island over the next few days with quite strong winds forecasted.

Best of luck to all the sailors!
